If anyone else out there has the $79 Kindle that I use for my reviews, you might like to know Amazon has released an update:

The new font is supposed to be higher contrast and crisper to be more “paper-like”, but I honestly don’t notice the difference. Still, I thougt it felt pretty “paper-like” before, so maybe it’s just the law of diminishing returns.
However, the pictures in childrens books are a lot crisper and clearer in black and white than it was previously. That alone is worth the update.
